Recording or upload help
Tell us what happened, which task you were recording, and any recording or session ID shown in the app.
Payout questions
Use the same email address you use in Asimov Capture. Do not send bank numbers or sensitive payment details by email.
Account access
If you cannot sign in, include the email address you used and what step failed, such as code delivery or verification.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion inside Asimov Capture from the account settings screen. You can also email support from the address used in the app and write "account deletion" in the subject.
