Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, participating from an allowed launch country/region, and approved by Asimov to use the app. Asimov may require account verification, profile setup, consent acceptance, device enrollment, and payout onboarding before assigning work or paying accepted sessions.

You are responsible for your account, device, login credentials, profile information, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current, including self-reported height/body-scale, country/region, language, experience, environment, and equipment information used for task matching.

Asimov may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, unsafe conduct, policy violations, legal risk, payment issues, or misuse of the service.

Assignments describe the requested task, environment, capture modalities, estimated duration, estimated pay, preflight checklist, privacy warnings, and device requirements.

You must follow assignment instructions and stop recording if it is unsafe, unauthorized, or privacy-sensitive to continue. Recordings stay local for preview until you choose to upload them.

Some assignments may require voice narration. Other assignments may offer optional narration as a bonus only if you explicitly opt in and the narration audio is recorded, uploaded, and accepted.

You must have permission to record in the location and must avoid private documents, screens, credentials, private conversations, bystanders without permission, minors unless explicitly allowed, and restricted or confidential facilities. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and assignment restrictions.

The current release does not request device location permission. Assignment eligibility may use your self-reported country/region and other profile information.

The app may collect first-person video, microphone narration audio when required or explicitly opted into, motion data, ARKit pose/depth/intrinsics, height/body-scale and task-matching profile metadata, event markers, upload metadata, quality reports, device/fraud signals, QA decisions, and payout status as described in the Privacy Policy and Contributor Agreement.

Asimov may use accepted data for robotics and AI dataset operations, including sale, licensing, sublicensing, customer sharing, annotation, evaluation, and model-development uses, as permitted by your consent and applicable agreements.

Assignment pay shown before recording is an estimate. A payable amount is created only after Asimov QA accepts uploaded data.

Rejected sessions are not payable. Sessions marked for reshoot are not payable unless a later accepted submission qualifies. Optional narration bonuses are payable only for accepted duration when the assignment offered the bonus, you opted in, and narration audio was recorded/uploaded.

Payouts require successful Stripe Connect onboarding and may be delayed or withheld for fraud review, legal compliance, chargebacks, tax/payment requirements, or policy violations. Stripe-hosted onboarding and payout services handle sensitive identity, tax, and bank details.

The app does not sell digital goods to you and does not use Apple In-App Purchase for contributor payments.

• Submit illegal, infringing, private, confidential, unsafe, deceptive, scripted/fake, duplicate, or unauthorized recordings.
• Record people, facilities, documents, screens, or conversations without required permission.
• Tamper with the app, uploads, device signals, assignment data, QA process, payout process, or security controls.
• Use another person's account or payment identity.
• Attempt to access admin, reviewer, backend, S3, Stripe, or other systems without authorization.

You may request account deletion in the app. Asimov may retain information where required or permitted for payments, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, audit logs, safety, consent history, or rights granted for accepted, licensed, sold, shared, or otherwise retained data.

Consent withdrawal and data-removal requests can be sent through the account deletion flow or support@tryasimov.ai. Asimov will evaluate requests under the Privacy Policy, Contributor Agreement, applicable law, payment/audit obligations, fraud-prevention obligations, and customer/license commitments.

Asimov may change assignments, payment rates, eligibility criteria, app features, APIs, policies, or availability. Material changes to legal terms should be presented for renewed acceptance when required.

The service is provided as available. Asimov does not guarantee assignment availability, acceptance of submitted data, or uninterrupted uploads.
