Contributor Agreement

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, are participating from an allowed launch country/region, and have permission to record in the place where you perform an assignment. Current release eligibility uses your self-reported country/region and does not request device location permission.

You must not record restricted facilities, confidential workplaces, private homes where you lack permission, private documents, screens, credentials, payment cards, medical information, private conversations, or bystanders without permission.

You must not record minors unless an assignment explicitly allows it and all required legal permissions have been obtained. Launch assignments should assume no minors are recorded.

Do not perform assignments while driving, operating dangerous equipment, trespassing, violating workplace rules, or creating a safety risk. Stop recording if a task becomes unsafe, unauthorized, or privacy-sensitive.

You must follow assignment instructions, complete the preflight checklist honestly, keep the camera angle appropriate, avoid intentional obstruction, and submit real task activity.

You may not submit duplicate, scripted/fake, manipulated, infringing, illegal, or unauthorized content.

If narration is required, or if you explicitly opt into optional narration for a bonus, you authorize the app to record and upload microphone narration audio for that assignment. Do not say names, addresses, credentials, or private information while narrating.

Asimov reviews uploaded sessions for quality, safety, task fit, privacy, and fraud risk. Sessions may be accepted, rejected, or marked as needing reshoot.

Common rejection reasons include wrong task, too short, bad camera angle, hands not visible, privacy issue, corrupt video, duplicate submission, scripted/fake activity, insufficient action density, unapproved environment, missing required modality, or other material assignment failure.

Local app quality scores are preliminary only. Final QA is performed by Asimov or its reviewers.

Payment is not guaranteed for recording or uploading. Estimated earnings are shown for planning only. A payable amount is created only after Asimov QA accepts the uploaded data. Rejected sessions and reshoot requests are not payable unless a later accepted session qualifies.

Optional narration bonuses are payable only for accepted duration when the assignment offered the bonus, you opted in, and narration audio was recorded/uploaded. Payouts require an eligible account, current required agreements, successful Stripe Connect onboarding, and completion of fraud, payment, tax, and compliance checks. Stripe-hosted onboarding and payout services handle sensitive identity, tax, and bank details.

For submitted data, you grant Asimov a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, paid-up license to host, copy, process, modify, annotate, evaluate, combine, create derivatives from, sell, license, sublicense, share with customers, and otherwise use the data for robotics, AI, machine learning, dataset creation, product development, research, QA, security, compliance, and related commercial purposes.

Submitted data may include first-person video, narration audio when recorded, motion/IMU, ARKit pose/depth/intrinsics when captured, task metadata, quality reports, QA labels, accepted-duration/payment metadata, and profile/task-matching metadata such as height/body-scale information, self-reported country/region, language, experience, environment, and equipment tags.

Asimov may provide accepted data and related metadata to robotics/AI customers, annotation vendors, QA reviewers, model-processing providers, infrastructure providers, and other service providers or commercial partners consistent with the Privacy Policy, this agreement, and applicable law.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your submissions, your right to record and license the data, and your compliance with assignment instructions. You must promptly report accidental privacy-sensitive capture through the app or support channel.

Using the app and submitting assignments does not by itself create an employment relationship.

You may request account deletion, consent withdrawal, or data removal through the app where available or through support@tryasimov.ai. Asimov will evaluate requests under the Privacy Policy, this agreement, applicable law, and existing payment, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, safety, customer, license, and contractual obligations.

Deletion or withdrawal does not automatically recall data already accepted, licensed, sold, shared with customers, paid, or retained under prior consent where permitted by law and contract.
