Information We Collect
We collect account information such as email address, display name, authentication state, consent records, device identifiers, payout onboarding state, and support communications.
When you record an assignment, we may collect video, depth, pose, motion, device, timing, upload, quality, and task metadata. Assignments may ask you to avoid private screens, documents, bystanders, minors, restricted facilities, and any environment where you do not have permission to record.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate assignments, validate uploads, perform quality assurance, detect fraud or unsafe collection, calculate accepted payable work, provide contributor support, and improve collection workflows.
Accepted captures may be licensed, annotated, transformed, evaluated, and combined with other data for robotics, embodied AI, dataset, model-development, benchmarking, validation, and related commercial purposes.
Sharing and Service Providers
We may share information with infrastructure, storage, authentication, payment, security, QA, annotation, and customer delivery providers who help us operate the service.
We may also disclose information when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment, tax, safety, dispute, security, or contractual obligations.
Retention and Deletion
You may request account deletion through the app. Some account, consent, payment, fraud, audit, and rights records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, or contractual reasons.
Uploaded data may be retained, deleted, or de-identified according to the accepted contributor agreement, customer commitments, operational needs, and applicable law.
